Welcome to Just 4 Kids Pediatrics!!

December 2014

We are very excited that you have chosen our clinic to provide your child’s healthcare needs.
We welcome you and your son and/or daughter and hope that we can make this and future visits as enjoyable and stress free as possible. Our goal is to provide your child with the most efficient and best experience while giving you high level pediatric care in a hometown setting.

First of all, I would like you to know a little about me.
My name is Kari Littrell, and I grew up in Wayne County, so a bit south of here. I am both a neonatal and pediatric nurse practitioner and have worked in pediatrics, neonatal intensive care, emergency department, labor and delivery, and newborn nursery for my whole career spanning 17 years.
I became a pediatric nurse practitioner in 2000 and worked in a local pediatric clinic setting. I decided after working at Maury Regional in the Emergency Department and becoming the nurse manager there that I wanted to get back into pediatrics and became the clinical liaison for Neonatology.
In that position, I helped coordinate the opening of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at MRMC and completed my certification to become a neonatal nurse practitioner.
I have been working for Vanderbilt for the last 7 years in the NICU both at Maury and at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital.

I am also a single Mom to a 20 year old daughter, Hanna. She is in college right now and working on degree in sports management. Her dream is to work for the Titans organization someday.
All of this to say that I understand the ups and downs of raising children, so I want all your children’s visits to be open and informal.
I am here to answer your questions and guide you through the lows and celebrate the highs of parenting. We are all in this together, and we thank you for allowing our clinic to become part of your growing process!

After being open a month, I am so overwhelmed with the support this community has shown us. We are forever grateful for the opportunity to provide care to the children of Pulaski and surrounding area.
